Jamia Masjid Srinagar
Jamia Masjid Srinagar is the principal congregational mosque of Srinagar, located in the historic neighborhood of Nowhatta at the city’s center. Built in 1400 CE during the reign of Sultan Sikandar, it remains one of Kashmir’s most iconic landmarks and a focal point of religious, cultural, and civic life in the valley.
